Imagination Theater, located in the small foothill town of Placerville, was founded by Lanny Langston and Peter Wolfe in 1999. They immediately set out to fulfill their mission to tell good stories in an atmosphere of trust, respect, personal growth, and challenge. Over the years, they have received local and regional recognition. Their biggest reward, however, is enriching the lives of those in the community--from people in the shows to the thousands who have seen their plays and musicals over the years.
