Taking the structure of an oratorio built from song, dance, story, and character, this devised work explores the epic forces of a flood. Just as Faulkner’s novella Old Man used the Mississippi flood of 1927 as the backdrop for his story, here the key elements of Faulkner’s story form the point of departure: two convicts set free by the rising of the river, a young pregnant woman marooned in a tree, a riverboat full of refugees, a deer swimming for its life, the birth of a child, the bursting of the levees, and the reconciliation of the river meeting the sea.

Immortalized onstage and screen by Anne Bancroft and Patty Duke, this classic tells the story of Annie Sullivan and her student, blind and mute Helen Keller. The Miracle Worker dramatizes the volatile relationship between the lonely teacher and her charge. Trapped in a secret, silent world, unable to communicate, Helen is violent, spoiled, almost sub-human and treated by her family as such. Only Annie realizes that there is a mind and spirit waiting to be rescued from the dark, tortured silence. With scenes of intense physical and emotional dynamism, Annie's success with Helen finally comes with the utterance of a single, glorious word: "water".

Stuart Little was born, his parents knew right away that he wasn't like other baby boys. That's because he was a mouse! Instead of being horrified, the Littles' accepted their unusual twist of fate. They loved their son from the start and accommodated his every special need, such as making him a bed from a matchbox and a special suit (because Stuart was very sophisticated from the time he was little) instead of baby clothes. Stuart grew (but not very much!) through the years to be a happy and pleasant mouse who liked his New York City life. Even though he was very small, he did a lot for a mouse. He helped out around the house, rode busses around the city, and sailboats through
Central Park. He even was a substitute teacher for a day!
Everyone around Stuart liked him very much -- except for Snowbell the cat.
Aside from the usual things a mouse would dislike about New York City, Snowbell was at the top of Stuart's list. Because it was Snowbell who
frightened away his dear friend Margalo. And this is where Stuarts adventure really begins. At the age of seven he sets out into the world to find his friend and a little bit of himself also. fun for the entire family

Glamorous, larger than life, and drop-dead funny, opera diva Maria Callas is here to teach a master class. As she leads three aspiring voice students, Callas offers an intimate look into her life: her tumultuous affairs, her ugly duckling start, her fierce hatred of rivals, and the unforgiving press. The results are often hilarious, frequently moving, and ultimately riveting in this Tony winner for Best Play.
Beautiful arias weave through this tour-de-force exploration of creative passion and the immense sacrifice for great art. Contains strong language.

Written by Steve Martin. This long running Off-Broadway absurdist comedy places Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso in a Parisian bar in 1904, just before the renowned scientist transformed physics with his theory of relativity and the celebrated painter set the art world afire with cubism. In his first comedy for the stage, the popular actor and screenwriter plays fast and loose with fact, fame and fortune as these two geniuses muse on the century's achievements and prospects as well as other fanciful topics with infectious dizziness. Bystanders, including Picasso' agent, the bartender and his mistress, Picasso's date, an elderly philosopher, Charles Dabernow Schmendimen an idiot inventor introduce additional flourishes of humor. The final surprise patron to join the merriment at the Lapin Agile is a charismatic dark haired singer time warped in from a later era.

One of the most beloved musical of all times, "The Sound of Music" features the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein score including "Do-Re-Mi", "My Favorite Things", "Edelweiss", and "Climb Every Mountain". It is the story of Maria, a sweet young postulant whose love of freedom makes it obvious to her superiors that she is not suited for religious life. Thus, she is sent off to be a governess to Captian Von Trapp's seven troublesome children. Maria becomes friends with the children and soon, even the strict Captain begins to admire Maria. They fall in love, marry, but unfortunately when the Nazis invade their homeland, Austria, the whole family is forced to flee over the alps to escape.

A mother and her six daughters portray this popular and moving comedic/dramatic story of pioneer life taken from the handwritten diaries of women traveling westward in covered wagon days. The scenes capture the beauty, terror and joy, the harsh challenges and heartfelt rewards of frontier life. Scenes depict the lot of women on the frontier: girlhood, marriage, childbirth, parties, twisters, fire, illness and death. Along the way there is love, warmth and lively humor. The music and dances have a country or folk flavor. This musical has been called “a theatrical masterstroke which will linger in the mind and memory long after the house lights have dimmed.” Mature themes. Ages 13+

Pulitzer Prize Winner Thornton Wilder crafted this groundbreaking satiric fantasy that follows the extraordinary Antrobus family down through the ages, from the time of "The War," surviving flood, fire, pestilence, locusts, the ice age, the pox, and the double feature, a dozen subsequent wars and as many depressions. Ultimately, they are the stuff of which heroes and fools are made. Their survival is a theatrical testament of faith in humanity.
